Can the Red Union Support Hub do the same services as a union?
Under workplace laws, only registered unions have the power to:
- properly support you at work and enforce your rights if your boss does the wrong thing.
- have the automatic legal right to represent you in workplace disputes including at industrial tribunals and in the courts.
“Red Union” associations do not have these powers.
